Born from a love of bold colour & flavour
Polka Gelato started with a simple, stubborn idea: gelato should taste as exciting as it looks. We were tired of muted, beige scoops — so we set up a tiny kitchen in Lisbon and started churning batches bursting with real fruit and proper colour.
What began as a weekend obsession turned into a cheerful little shop on the cobblestones, where every cone is a celebration. We're proudly small, proudly handmade, and proudly very, very colourful.
